If a real time mortgage lead does not sell the max of 4 times in the Real Time Mortgage Lead System it will check for a match in our Smart Choice Program. Leads will post to your smart choice account and you will receive an email notification with the information attached to the email. The Smart Choice Program allows you to receive real time leads at a fraction of the cost plus get unlimited aged and marketing data.
