Program Details

Fresh Mortgage Lead volume will be based on states and filters selected in your account. We guarantee a minimum of 50 fresh same day internet mortgage leads per week for every client originating in at least 5 states. We guarantee 75 if you originate in at least 10 states and 100 leads per week if in 25 or more states.

Fresh mortgage leads will be sent to a total of 5 lenders. Leads will be available in your system for download after passing through our quality control process. These leads are screened to weed out disconnects, non interested borrowers and invalid information. You will receive a real time notification once a led hits your system. Fresh Leads are leads that sell for $15 to $30 our our website. Currently 90% of the mortgage leads on the Smart Choice Program are Real Time.

Vintage Mortgage Leads are mortgage leads ranging from 20 days to 3 years old. We currently have a data base of over 2 million vintage mortgage leads. You get access to all our current data and new data added monthly. These were once leads selling from $15 to $30 per lead. This data sells for $1 to .25 cents currently on our site. This data is great for telemarketing, training, email marketing, voice broadcasting and direct mail.

Household Records consist of a unique database of 66 million households in the United States. This is a mix of homeowners and renters. This data is very valuable and perfect for direct mail, telemarketing, and more. This data can be used as the backbone of a true marketing campaign. This data base will sell for over 20k on the internet today.

Real Estate Agent Database is a detailed list of over 1.3 million agents nationwide. Why is this useful? Well there are two ways to get business, either target the customer or target their realtor. This data is great to market your products to and develop those valuable relationships with realtors in your area.

Print the agreement below. Sign and fax back with a voided check. If you join in the middle of the month you will be billed for the remainder of the current month plus your 1st month. After filling out agreement we will send you an invoice reviewing charges before actually processing your check.
