What if I receive a bogus mortgage
lead?
Bogus leads
are any leads that are unworkable because of incorrect information
or fraudulent information. If you receive a lead you believe
to be bogus please log-in to your account and click on "Report Bogus
Lead" and report the lead. We will research the bogus lead
report and credit your account within 1-2 business days if
approved. If a lead is bogus you will be credited for the lead
and it can be tracked by selecting "Leads Credited" in your
account.

Are your mortgage leads filtered to my individual
needs?
All of our
leads are state specific and you can filter your leads to meet your
criteria. You will find a section to create and modify your
filters within your account. These filters will determine the
leads you receive daily in your account for viewing. You may
modify your filters at anytime and you can cherry pick your leads
from our online database.
After the pool of leads available is generated
based on your filters you will Cherrypick leads from that pool and
be able to view City - Interest Rates - Home Values - Loan Amounts -
LTV - and More! For Verified Leads please select your filters
carefully as this will designate the leads that are emailed to you.
Exclusive leads have more filters available - for information call
our sales office!

How do I receive my mortgage lead
orders?
Each day
standard leads that are within your filters will be available for you to view
and purchase with you current credits. Leads will be processed
in a downloadable file directly from our site or your can select to
have emailed.
Verified Mortgage Leads are emailed to you directly based on your
filters and available credits.
Exclusive Mortgage Leads are done on a case by case basis please
call our sales office!

What is the price of your mortgage
leads?
- Our Standard Mortgage Leads start at
$15.00 per lead and reduce in price based on age.
- Verified Mortgage Leads start at $30.00 per lead for pre-orders.
We also have Unsold Verified Leads on our standard cherry pick
system which are Verified Leads that did not match pre-order
filters. These leads start at $30.00 per lead but reduce in price
according to age.

When does Leadbull.com upload leads each
day?
To check
quality and accuracy we upload leads 2 times a day - 9am EST and
12PM EST. Our leads are not real time and do not post on our
system as a lead is submitted. To head off bogus leads we pre screen
leads for bogus information and names.
Verified and Exclusive Leads are sent via email as soon as the lead
hits our system.
